By day, I work as a social media content manager for a media company. By night — and most weekday mornings, if I'm honest — you'll find me on a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu mat, getting swept, tapped, and occasionally getting something right. BJJ isn't just a hobby for me. It's the thing I love most in life, and it's the actual reason this website exists.

If you'd asked me a couple of years ago what I wanted my future to look like, the answer was simple: train BJJ full time, and maybe, one day, open my own gym. The problem was equally simple — that kind of life doesn't pay for itself on a 9-to-5 salary alone. So I went looking for a way to build income that didn't depend on trading more hours for more money.

That search is what led me to affiliate marketing.

I'm Not Here to Sell You a Dream

Here's something you'll notice pretty quickly if you stick around: I don't do hype.

I'm not going to show you a screenshot of a six-figure month, because I haven't had one. I'm not going to tell you that you'll quit your job in 30 days if you just buy the right course, because that's not how this works — for me or for almost anyone else who's honest about it. I've been building this, mostly through ClickBank, for about a year now, and my results have been genuinely modest: somewhere between $150 and $300 a month.

I could try to dress that number up. I'm choosing not to. Because here's what that number actually proves, without any spin: this works. It's real. A regular person with a full-time job and a demanding hobby can build something that generates actual income on the side, doing it the right way, without shortcuts or luck. It just needs time, consistency, and a lot fewer wasted months chasing whatever "shiny new strategy" shows up in my feed that week — which, not coincidentally, is exactly what I built this site to help you avoid.

Why I Built This Site

Somewhere around month six of doing this, I noticed a pattern in myself that I now recognize in almost every beginner I talk to: I kept getting distracted by new tactics before I'd given the last one a real chance to work. New tool, new platform, new "guaranteed" method — each one felt like the answer, right up until the next one showed up.

The thing that actually moved the needle wasn't finding some secret nobody else knew. It was picking a lane, building the boring, unglamorous assets — a real website, a real email list, real content — and giving them enough time to actually do their job.

This site, and the courses and content I create through Hans Digital Income, exist to hand you that same structure without making you burn six months figuring it out through trial and error the way I did. I document this journey honestly, as it happens — including the parts that don't work, not just the parts that do.

What I Believe

• No get-rich-quick promises. If someone tells you affiliate marketing is fast or easy, they're either exaggerating or selling you something.

• Transparency over hype. Every recommendation I make, including affiliate programs I personally use, is disclosed clearly — because I'd rather you trust me for years than click one link today.

• Assets over shiny objects. A website, a list, and real content, built consistently, will outperform chasing the next big trend every time.

• Honest results over impressive-sounding ones. I'd rather tell you the truth about a modest outcome than sell you a fantasy about an outsized one.

Where I'm Headed

I'm still building this myself, in real time, alongside you. My own goal hasn't changed since day one: grow this into something that eventually lets me step away from the 9-to-5 and put my full time and energy into BJJ — and, someday, into a gym of my own.
